In an earlier post I listed my top 5 property podcasts. In this post I’ll point you in the direction of some great real estate blogs.
Blogs are a great resource but I guess I’m preaching to the choir here, as you’re reading this blog. If you need information about a topic, chances are someone has written about it and you can find it online.
Reading blogs is a great way to get ground-truth information. By that I mean, you can find out what other people like you have to say about a topic. And you can share your opinion or ask a question.
One of best things is that you can get this content anyway you like.
Of course you can read the blog via the webpage.
Many choose to subscribe to a blog via email, so they can receive the new posts in their inbox.
Another more advanced choice is to use an RSS reader to follow many blogs and make your own virtual newspaper. The RSS reader of choice has been Google Reader, unfortunately Google has made the choice to shut this service down. Don’t worry, alternatives are improving and sprouting up everywhere. I’m using The Old Reader and feedly.
Some blogs – like this one, have an iOS App. So there’s plenty of choice when it comes to how you read the content.
These blogs contain real estate views and opinions covering almost every aspect of the game and are just a slice of notable ones that I follow.
If you’d like to add all of these feeds to your reader you can download this and import it to your reader.
