The REIQ is going on a road trip! In one of the biggest logistical exercises we’ve ever undertaken, the training and events teams from REIQ HQ has put together a program of the best products and services the REIQ has to offer and piling it all into a bus – literally – and travelling throughout regional Queensland!
REIQ CEO Antonia Mercorella said the road trip was designed to bring the best of the REIQ to regional members who don’t have the opportunity to travel to some of the bigger events hosted in the southeast corner.
The ‘Real Tour’ is a day-long program of entertaining and educational sessions, with lunch provided, and then the day closes with a fun networking session with all the speakers.
“Our members can’t always come to Brisbane for some of our bigger events, such as the annual Summit conference, or our bigger training feature days. So, as they saying goes, when Mohammed can’t go to the mountain, we bring the mountain to Mohammed,” Ms Mercorella said.
“This is a an amazing event and a real first for the organisation – we’ve pulled together some of the best bits of our biggest events and put them all together into a travelling roadshow.
One of the most popular Summit speakers, Steve Carroll, will deliver his fantastic presentation at six of the Roadshow destinations, along with Connie McKee delivering her sold-out session for property managers on how to succeed when QCAT becomes unavoidable.
For those in Bundaberg, Fraser Coast, Gold Coast and Toowoomba, Grant Turner from the REA Group will teach you how to use the magic McKinsey 30%, and the power of the human factor in engagement and shared experiences.
One of the real estate profession’s most experienced and knowledgeable digital prop-tech speakers, Tara Christianson is delivering a practical session on technology in seven Roadshow locations that no agency principal will want to miss.
Similarly, Bundaberg, Gladstone and Fraser Coast attendees will hear from REIQ Chairman and Digital Trends Speaker Peter Brewer, who will take you on a deep dive into how and what it really means to incorporate technology into your real estate business today.
“There really is something for everyone. Whether you’re a sales agent, principal, or property manager; whether you’re just starting out or you’ve earned your stripes, we have got exactly what you need to stay ahead of the market,” Ms Mercorella said.
The REIQ Real Tour will be touring from Cairns to Coolangatta throughout June, July and August. For further information and to book tickets, visit REIQ.com/Roadshow
